Well my aunt was a fall risk there were no signs on her door or wall saying so. So this one day in 2018 she was in her room alone no staff watching her so she apparently got up from her bed which no alarm went off so she fell and broke her hip. She didn't receive much thereopy and one day we were their to watch her theropy and one of the staff attempted to get her up from wheel chair and my ailunt had trouble so they just didn't push her to do anything.

So far, it has been good as they are pretty good and the food is also good. They must improve in attention to timing like when you ring the bell, like how long it takes for them to get there, but overall, I am very comfortable. It is very clean; the floors are made of wood, so they could be cleaned easily. The only thing that would need improvement is that the rooms are small and if you have three people with wheelchairs in it, makes really difficult to get around.
